Questions we get every week

How do I get access after paying?

Your portal login and a temporary password are emailed to you automatically within a few minutes of payment. Check spam if you don't see it, then log in and change the password.

When does the next cohort start, and can I join mid-way?

CPTE and NPTE live cohorts start every three months — February, May, August and November — and you can enrol at any time. Your 12 months of access begin the day you enrol, every lecture is recorded and on the portal the same day, and any live lecture you miss you can attend live again in the next cohort.

When do live classes run?

CPTE and NPTE live classes run on New York / Toronto time (the APC course is fully recorded). Weekend classes start at 10:30 AM. Every live session is recorded and added to the portal the same day.

How long do I have access?

12 months from the day you enrol. If your exam date moves, buy an extension on this website with the same email (CPTE: 3 months or 1 year; NPTE: 6 months) — you keep everything, including your notes and mock results.

Do I need to be in Canada, the USA or Australia?

No. Everything is online, and many students prepare while their credentialing is still in progress.

Can I enrol in the CPTE oral component only?

Yes — email us. Oral-only pricing depends on whether you are already enrolled in the written course, so we confirm it with you directly.
