Four full-length mocks — 225 questions, five sections of 45, five hours, breaks that work like the real ones — and a score report laid out like FSBPT's, with a scale score, retake range and on-track-to-pass by work activity and body system.

Begin the exam and the five-hour clock starts. Sections of 45; Previous, Next, Mark and Review; a review grid of completed, marked and incomplete; an End Section warning if anything is unanswered; and no going back once a section ends — exactly the NPTE's rule.
Optional short breaks after sections 1, 3 and 4 with the exam clock still running, and the scheduled 15-minute break after section 2 with the clock paused and a countdown; if you're late back, the exam clock restarts by itself.

When section 5 ends: a scale score on the 200–800 scale with 600 as the pass mark, then your results by work activity (examination, foundational sciences, interventions and other activities), by body system and by section, each with a retake range and how many more you'd need right to be on track. Then every question, with the correct answer, the full explanation and the reference — filterable to the ones you got wrong.

Fourteen subject-wise quizzes — shoulder and elbow, lower extremity, gait, peripheral nerve and spine, cardiovascular, pulmonary, integumentary, dressings and ulcers, GI, diabetes, modalities, safety, non-systems and more — timed at NPTE pace, unlimited attempts, explanations on finish, best score kept. No question appears in both a quiz and a mock.

Same shape: 225 questions in five sections of 45, a five-hour clock that keeps running through the optional breaks after sections 1, 3 and 4, and a scheduled 15-minute break with the clock paused after section 2. Within a section you can move, mark and review; once you end a section you cannot return to it. 180 items are scored and 45 unscored, and you're not told which.
It's a PT StudyBuddy estimate on the same 200–800 scale with 600 as the pass mark, worked out the way FSBPT describes; FSBPT's actual conversion uses statistics it doesn't publish. Read it as a strong guide, not an official score.
Each full mock has one attempt so it means something, and your report stays open afterwards. The topic quizzes have unlimited attempts.
Yes — the 180 scored items follow the FSBPT test content outline effective January 2024: the right proportions of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, integumentary, other-systems and non-system items.
The four mocks and the topic quizzes are part of the NPTE Course. Email us about mocks only and we'll tell you what's available.
